Chef de Partie - Job Description
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-quality catering team, preparing fresh, innovative and cost-effective food across a range of dining services and events.
You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth service delivery. The role includes working across different kitchen sections, contributing to menu development, and assisting with stock control, ordering and waste management.
You will also support catering for a variety of events, helping deliver high-end food to a diverse and demanding customer base.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong teamwork, attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality food. Flexible working is required, including evenings and weekends.
This job is based in a school, you will be required to undertaken enhanced screening.
