We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a successful, growing, food led independent pub group. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal produce in a busy, professional kitchen environment.
Chef de Partie
Up to 33,000 to 34,000 Basic Salary + Tronc + Annual Bonus
High-end Fresh Foods Gastropub
48 hours + Paid overtime
Working within a large brigade, the Chef de Partie will support the team and section in the day to day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain high standards across food preparation, service, stock control, food safety, and team development and ideally you will come with previous experience within a high volume fresh food operation.
Basic salary up to 34,000 per year
Annual bonus
Tronc tips worth approximately 9,000 per year
Paid overtime for hours worked over 48 per week
