Cocktail Maker

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Cocktail Maker to join our restaurant team and deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails and beverages, maintaining excellent service standards, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the bar within our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation techniques, and current industry trends.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, fully stocked, and presented to a high standard at all times.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or ordering requirements to management.
Follow all licensing laws, responsible alcohol service practices, and health & safety regulations.
Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the till/POS system.
Maintain cleanliness of glassware, equipment, and workstations throughout service.
Contribute positively to the team environment and support colleagues where required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail maker is essential.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
Good understanding of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service.

We require 2 weeks of your annual holiday entitlement to be taken between January & February each year due to the needs of the business.
