Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning coastal pub and restaurant in Southwold, Suffolk, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

What's involved?
As Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and front-of-house operation. You'll lead from the floor, inspire the team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and memorable service every time.

You'll also support team development, drive service standards, assist with staffing and operations, and deputise for the General Manager when required.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Organised, hands-on, and calm under pressure
