We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in beautiful countryside surroundings, this luxury property is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, exceptional food, and outstanding guest experience.

The Role

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients.
• Manage dough preparation, sauces, toppings, and oven operations.
• Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support the wider kitchen team during service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and menu development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy restaurant, hotel, or premium dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza preparation techniques.
• Experience with wood-fired or stone ovens preferred.
• Passion for quality ingredients and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
