Job Description

The Windrose Bar and Bistro is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in running our Bistro kitchen.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ordering Stock
  • Assist head chef in writing menus
  • Organising food prep and cleaning
  • Ensure good standard of HACCP
  • Take responsibility during service with a hands on approach
  • Run the kitchen/service in the head chefs absence


Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in a sous chef role running a busy kitchen
  • Good time keeping
  • Available for various shifts including evenings and weekends/Bank holidays


Package

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • 4 Days on, 3 Days off
