Role Description
This full-time on-site role as Head Waiter is based at L'oscar London in Greater London. The Head Waiter will oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests. Responsibilities include managing service flow, training and supporting junior staff, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and upholding quality standards in food and beverage presentation. The Head Waiter will collaborate closely with the restaurant team to create a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective teamwork
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge and Food Service operations
- Leadership and team management abilities for guiding staff and maintaining operational excellence
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a luxurious service environment
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding on-site role
