Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, specialty beverages, teas, and refreshments to the highest standards.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised customer service in a luxury hospitality environment
• Build strong rapport with guests and create memorable customer experiences
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the coffee and service areas
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage offerings
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Support stock management, inventory control, and daily operational requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a seamless guest experience
• Uphold the brand's commitment to luxury service, quality, and hospitality excellenc

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6–7 years' experience as a Barista within premium cafés, luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, exclusive lounges, or similar high-end hospitality environments
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to a discerning and international clientele
• Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of coffee preparation, extraction techniques, and beverage presentation
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent English is essential; additional language skills would be advantageous
• A genuine passion for hospitality, coffee, and guest service
